Consent
Before taking part in any PRAX assessment, all users are presented with clear information about the purpose, use, and confidentiality of their responses. Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

Data Storage and Retention
All data are stored in encrypted servers located in Australia, with restricted access to authorised personnel only. We retain data for 12–24 months for benchmarking and reporting, after which data is securely deleted or anonymised.
